Join Kid’s Sea Camp and Annie Crawley in Utila at Utila Laguna Beach Resort in The Bay of Islands in Honduras June 25-July 2, 2011 and at Sam’s Tours in Palau August 19-28, 2011! Kid’s Sea Camp has been specializing in adventurous and safe family travel for more than ten years.   

 

During November 2010, Annie Crawley joined Kid’s Sea Camp families in Palau, the experience was so exciting they are going back for more! These camps are for all ages whether you have children 2 or 3 years old or teenagers! When a child turns 4, they can participate in a PADI program that lets them try Scuba diving on the surface; 5-9 year olds can participate in the PADI Seal program and when a child turns 10, they can learn to scuba dive! Teenagers usually have their own boat with parents on another! If you have non-divers in the family, there are shore excursions and many other non-diving activities. The destinations and tour operators chosen by Margo Peyton, Founder of Kids Sea Camp, are chosen because they meet the highest standards in the dive travel industry, and cater towards children! You can learn more about Kids Sea Camp here! Ocean Annie, aka Annie Crawley will be providing seminars and workshops about the local marine environment as well as giving photo and video workshops! During the week in Utila, there will be Sea Life cameras for participants to use!

Program consists of educational activities for 6 days, snorkeling/SASY (Supplied Air Snorkeling for Youth) everyday, pizza/movie night, & a fun marine art painting program. All the equipment for the week is included, along with horseback riding, whale shark excursion and more.

 

This program includes activities for 6 days. The course focuses on PADI Seal Team Aqua Missions which are underwater adventures where kids learn the basics of diving– such as buoyancy control, mask clearing, reg recovery, and salt water fun, with Creature ID , photo dives, and navigation. Each Seal Team kids will receive a SeaLife Mini underwater camera to keep!

 

Kids from the age of 10+ will earn their PADI Jr. Open Water Diver certification and join their parents for a proud graduation dive. Kids will complete the course, pool work and will be making 4 open water dives to receive their PADI Jr. Open Water certification! This certification card is good for a lifetime of diving! Maximum depth of 40 feet.

Marine art painting program, horseback riding, and all gear for the week is included.

 

Certified youth divers, have fun diving together. includes 6 days diving, 1 night dive, family dive on Friday. Kids will improve buoyancy skills as well as reviewing safety standards and buddy systems. Activities include; horseback riding, a whale shark excursion, marine art painting, photo instruction with SeaLife instructor Frasier Purdon. Kids learn how to shoot and edit photos on their very own, SeaLife DC 1200 digital underwater camera!

 

 

Laguna Beach Resort is an exclusive diving, fishing and beach getaway, located on Utila, the smallest and most unspoiled of the Bay Islands of Honduras.
